Centrally in Orlando you find one of Orlando's newest luxury resort; Vista Cay. Located on Universal Blvd, with International Drive only minutes away. Disney, Universal, Sea World, Airport, Shopping ? No more than 20 minutes to drive ! Convention at Orange County Convention Center ? OCCC is just 0.5 Mile away from Vista Cay

We have three great condo / apartments at Vista Cay. All with premium locations, and with a great "direct from owner" rate.

Common for all condos are : Entire units are airconditioned. Wireless Internet. Washing room with washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, freezer/fridge with ice and water, coffe maker etc. Dining area that seats 6. 42" HDTV + DVD in the living room. Every bedroom has it's own drawer, walk in closet and 32" TV + DVD. And off course there are elevators.

Our condos M & L are located in the same building. Directly by the main pool area (Jacuzzi, regular pool and childrens pool), and the clubhouse (Cinema, fitness center, game room, 24/7 reception). Another neighbour is Wahlgreens, with light groceries. Restaurants will probably open here soon.

Our "Condo M" and "Condo L" directly by the main pool area and clubhouse :

Condo M : 2 Bedroom / 2 bath. Lake and poolview.
3rd floor location, 1112 sq feet. Sleeps 7 : Master Bedroom with King Size, 2nd bedroom with Queen size and twin bed. Plus double sofabed

Condo L : 3 bedroom / 2 bath. Lake and poolview.
Top floor location, 1247 sq feet. Sleeps 8 : Master bedroom with king size, 2nd bedroom with queen size, 3rd bedroom with 2xTwin beds. Plus double sofabed

Condo XL : 3 bedroom / 2 bath. Sea World fireworks and lakeview.
3rd floor location, directly by Lake Cay, with a great view over the Lake. Enjoy the seasonal fireworks at Sea World from the Balcony. Located next to a pool area with regular pool and childrens pool. Our largets condo with 1412 sq feet. Sleeps 8 with king size beds in both Master and 2nd bedrooms. 2 x Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Easily walking distance to gigantic Publix supermarket, NYPD Pizza and Asian restaurants.

We cooperate with Millenium Management, the only management company with on-site office. They are open 24/7, great at late arrivals and in case of any problems.

This apartment is terrific, I was there with my partner for a week early October'09. Three good sized bedooms with built-ins, well furnished, perfect air con and ceiling fans in bedrooms. It has a nice outlook, very close to the pool/gym and is quiet. The location is handy to Prime outlet mall, Mall at Millenia and Universal. Couldn't fault it and would highly recommend.

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had whilst staying at your condo in orlando (16-31 Aug). On arrival it was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail was fantastic, we had absolutely everything we could have needed to make our stay comfortable! Please pass on our thanks to the staff at millenium management who were more than helpful when we arrived at the management offices without transport to the condo!

When we visit Florida again we would love to stay there and I have been recommending the condo to families and friends!

Perfect location in Orlando

We spend our vacation in this property in September 2009 and we stayed for ten days. The condo is fully equiped, very well cleaned, percectly located in the resort and there is enough room for up to 6 people. Pool is very close and we had a wonderful view from our balcony.
All major attractions (Disney, Universal, Seaworld, shopping malls, golf courses,..) are reachable in 15 minutes or less.
It was by far the best location we ever stayed in Orlando before and we are going to recommend it to all our friends.

Excellent Choice!

This is a home away from home with everything you need to compliment. Owners had paid attention to many small details including pool towels. We had 3 adults and two children, and everyone felt they had there own space. Everything you will need is in the condo. All you will need is to go to the local grocery store where steps away, and stock up your refrigerator. This place is absolutely beautiful and we would definitely go back again!

great place to stay, very very confortable and close to all attractions in orlando. if you are looking for some rest after long days in parks this is the right place to stay. very easy getting into and out of the condo, everything clean and neat as shown in the add. the owner was always very friendly and helpfull with the necessary support. i would definetely go back again!
