Our seasonal adjusted prices are as follows :
- All prices in USD. No extra resort fee. Free parking.
- 10 % discounts on 14+ nights bookings
- Do we have other bookings close to your dates, or are you able to adjust to our calendar ? Discount is given, ask for an offer !
- Weekly rate is for 7 nights
- 4 nights or less, add admin fee and cleaning : 115 US$ for 2 bed apartment, 125 US$ for 3 bed apartment.
- 5 or 6 nights, add cleaning : Add 65 US$ for 2 bed apartment, 75 US$ for 3 bed apartment.
- No minimum stay, but reservations of 5 nights or less might require flexibility on unit.
- All prices are plus 12,5 % Lodging and Sales Tax
- + 3 % commission if credit card or Pay Pal payment. (No commission for check payment or bank transfer)
- No extra 'Damage' deposit must be paid.
- $ 250 US$ deposit, minimum 10 %, due 3 days after booking.
- Remaining amount is due 30 days before check in.
- Delayed checkout possible free of charge, if our apartment is vacant after your stay. This is finally decided 3 days before checkout.
- Do you want more time in Orlando ? Extension of rental period possible at 25 % discount, if apartment is vacant. Can be booked 7 days before departure.
