Booking with us is a very easy. Here are the usual steps :

  • Usually the guest send an enquiry, asking a confirmation that the unit is available, total price, and possible some other questions.
  • The guest confirms the booking by either e-mail. Preferrable with preferred payment method an d cell phone number. We the owners will reserve the apartment "in the system" for this guest
  • A 250 US$ deposit, minimum 10 %, is due three days after the booking is placed. The remaining amount is due 30 days before check-in.
  • That's it. No contract to complete, and no extra "damage deposit" to be paid. (See FAQ / Terms)

Payment methods :

  • PayPal (Our preferred method). PayPal is a very secure payment method, you do not have to give your credit card number to us the owners. PayPal is widely trusted, and is owned by the famous Internet auction site Ebay
  • Credit card over phone to our on-site partner Millenium Management.
  • Check issued to our partner Millenium Management

Checking in :

We cooperate with the only management company that has office at Vista Cay, Milleniumt Management. They are also open 24/7. So it's basically just to arrive at Millenium, early or late, and they will arrange everything for you.

  • Millenium Management is located at 9924 Universal Blvd, suite #244. Right next to the huge Publix supermarket. As mentioned, they are open 24/7.
  • Millenium will have a prepared envelope with all necesarry information : Code to the apartment (no key), access passes to the pool / clubhouse, a map over the resort, nearby restaurants and stores, driving directions etc.

You will also have to sign a standard rental contract. A copy of this contract can be viewed here. A 500 US$ "damage deposit" will be reserved at your credit card. After checkout, hopefully nothiung is missing or damaged, this reservation will be cancelled. Luckily, we have yet to use this reservation.

Short driving directions from Orlando International Airport :

  • Take exit north from the Airport, enter SR-528 westbound
  • Take exit 2 to Universal Blvd
  • After about 700 yards, you see a Publix supermarket on your left hand side. Large green letters. Millenium Management is located in the same building, to the right of Publix

This apartment is terrific, I was there with my partner for a week early October'09. Three good sized bedooms with built-ins, well furnished, perfect air con and ceiling fans in bedrooms. It has a nice outlook, very close to the pool/gym and is quiet. The location is handy to Prime outlet mall, Mall at Millenia and Universal. Couldn't fault it and would highly recommend.

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had whilst staying at your condo in orlando (16-31 Aug). On arrival it was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail was fantastic, we had absolutely everything we could have needed to make our stay comfortable! Please pass on our thanks to the staff at millenium management who were more than helpful when we arrived at the management offices without transport to the condo!

When we visit Florida again we would love to stay there and I have been recommending the condo to families and friends!

Perfect location in Orlando

We spend our vacation in this property in September 2009 and we stayed for ten days. The condo is fully equiped, very well cleaned, percectly located in the resort and there is enough room for up to 6 people. Pool is very close and we had a wonderful view from our balcony.
All major attractions (Disney, Universal, Seaworld, shopping malls, golf courses,..) are reachable in 15 minutes or less.
It was by far the best location we ever stayed in Orlando before and we are going to recommend it to all our friends.

Excellent Choice!

This is a home away from home with everything you need to compliment. Owners had paid attention to many small details including pool towels. We had 3 adults and two children, and everyone felt they had there own space. Everything you will need is in the condo. All you will need is to go to the local grocery store where steps away, and stock up your refrigerator. This place is absolutely beautiful and we would definitely go back again!

great place to stay, very very confortable and close to all attractions in orlando. if you are looking for some rest after long days in parks this is the right place to stay. very easy getting into and out of the condo, everything clean and neat as shown in the add. the owner was always very friendly and helpfull with the necessary support. i would definetely go back again!
