Our "Condo L" is located in the same building as our "Condo M", directly by the main pool area and clubhouse. From the private top floor balcony you have a great view over the pool area and Lake Cay ! Top floor unit, no upstairs neighbors.
With 1247 sq feet / 116 m2, with 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom comfortable, you have all the space you need. It's nicely and well furnished with all that you need for a great vacation. The entire unit is airconditioned, we have a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer etc. Every bedroom has it's own drawer, walk in closet and TV/DVD. Of course there are elevators, and wireless internet. Furnitures/electronics from 2008.
The master bedroom has a large king size bed (6'6" / 198 cm), and it's own private bath with a toilet and shower. Our second bedroom has a queen size bed (5' / 152 cm), and the third has two singles (3'3" / 99 cm). Our second bathroom is located between those bedrooms, and has a toilet, bathtub with shower.
In the living room you find a loveseat and double sofabed. HDTV, Playstaion and a DVD Player. Dining area seats 6. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, micro owen, dishwasher, fridge with ice/water, toaster, coffe maker etc.
And just outside our door you have the main pool area (Jacuzzi, "Regular" pool, childrens pool), and the Vista Cay clubhouse (State of the art fitness center, cinema, game room, concierge etc). Another neighbor is Wahlgreens with light groceries. hopefully restaurants will open here soon. Surely one of the best located units on the resort !
